ABOUT ME

I quit my job and moved abroad to teach English and travel the world full-time. That was over 5 years ago, and I'm still going. Read on to get to know me and my story better!

Hi I'm Brittany

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where I was lucky enough to be able to visit the beach and mountains in the same day! I loved growing up there, so I stayed at home for college. It wasn't until my senior year of college that I decided to leave and move half way across the world to Barcelona, Spain for a study abroad program! This is when I absolutely fell in love with traveling and knew I wanted to figure out how I could do it forever.

After that semester, I went home and pursued a Master's degree while working full-time- but all I kept thinking about was that feeling. You know the feeling you get when you step on a plane or when you see some beautiful site somewhere you never knew existed? Yeah, I couldn't shake that feeling.

So as soon as I graduated I took a teaching job in Chongqing, China and the rest is history! Ever since my year in China, I've lived and taught in 2 other countries and traveled to countless more. Now I'm traveling full-time and want to help you do the same!
